30-Day Trial

If in your first 30 days of use you are for any reason unsatisfied with Contino® , you may return all your Contino® products, whether opened or unopened, for a full refund of your initial subscription fee. To obtain a refund, contact Contino® client support within 30 days of your initial assessment.

Other Returns

If you have not opened the mailing box in which your Contino® products were shipped, you may return them for any reason up to 15 days after you received them for a full refund of the product cost, less a $50.00 restocking fee. If you have opened the mailing box, you may return the products for any reason up to 60 days after you received them for a refund of up to $125 per unopened Contino® urethral insert, less a pro-rata portion of any discounts received, to a maximum of the applicable cash sales receipt, less a $50.00 restocking fee.
