He is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery, with a cross appointment in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Chan has presented at numerous international meetings, co-authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles and abstracts, and serves as a reviewer for several urology journals.
Dr. Chan strives for excellence in genitourinary reconstruction, and has performed the first sacral neuromodulation for lower urinary tract dysfunction in Saskatchewan. His other clinical interests also include stricture disease, erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse.

Originally from Tsawwassen, British Columbia, Dr. Locke completed her education journey with a PhD in experimental medicine from the University of British Columbia and MD training at the University of Toronto. Her residency training in urology took place at the University of British Columbia, followed by a fellowship in reconstructive urology at the University of Toronto.
Operating from Kelowna General Hospital, Dr. Locke serves the Okanagan region and beyond. Dr. Locke also helps offer her patients cutting-edge technologies to manage urinary incontinence following prostate surgery (radical prostatectomy, transurethral resection of the prostate or TURP) such as Contino. Contino is a novel, discrete system to rapidly resolve moderate to severe stress incontinence. Dr. Locke's commitment to innovation and patient well-being defines her practice.

These are IN PERSON 1:1 appointments focusing on pelvic floor health. Pelvic health physiotherapists are Registered Physiotherapists who are specially trained to internally assess the musculature and soft tissues within the pelvis. In addition to assessing the pelvic floor tissues a comprehensive orthopedic evaluation is completed.
For people who identify as men conditions treated are: urinary incontinence, prostatitis, chronic pelvic (penile, testicular, tailbone) pain, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and conditions related to prostate cancer treatment.
